Call the number back. You will get an answering machine. Don't opt out, choose option 3 to be added to the "do not call list". It will ask for your phone number. People don't want to put their number in, but that doesn't make sense because they obviously already have your number or they wouldn't be calling you. Put your number in when prompted and the calls will stop. I did this and it worked.
I have been getting calls from this number three to four times before and it always hung up when I answered. Finally today, I actually talked to them - they are calling on behalf of Comcast with a Promotion. I said I don't have time for ANY promotion. And the guy repeated the same line several times about a "promotion". I finally snapped and asked him if he knew what "not interested" means. He then apologized and hung up. Yes it was called the Evengreen!
