Who called from 3012325690

This number keeps calling my phone and I have asked the persons to stop.  Now I get this message that my phone was subscribed on October 28.... I DO NOT APPROVE OF THIS CALL

This is a roto-call that just called my cell phone.  I do not want unknown callers to call me.  Please make them stop!

I thought I had calls like this blocked through the Do Not Call List.  Guess I was wrong.  Did not answer and no message was left.

I'm on the do not call list. I didn't pick up the phone and someone said "Stephanie?" as if it were a friend. Clearly a robo call
