Unknown number - and hung up when I answered anyway

These CLOWNS just called...AGAIN....picked up my BLOWHORN...THEY GET THE SIREN!

No message left on answering machine, said Clinton, MO

Get a couple calls from this number every few days. Whenever I pick up the call gets disconnected. My guess is that it is some kind of robocaller that is configured "too aggressively" (i.e., when someone actually picks up the line there is no salesperson [read: fraudster] on the other end available to handle the call).

I am on the do not call registry. Why am I still receiving calls? I am tired of getting up to answer phone only to find out it is not a personal call.
