I too have been receiving calls from this number for the last week now. A few times I answered I would get someone to answer, others it would get disconnected right away. One time I was able to connect through it was also about auto insurance to which I replied it was Pizza Hut and then the other person on the other line just said thank-you for your time and before he could even finish the phone call was cut off from his end. Very weird.
Probably telemarketers or outright spammers or scammers or phishers.
