Claimed to be from the Medicare office and launched into a spiel about my Medicare, etc. I don't have Medicare and I started to vehemently say "No, no, no" and then she hung up. Scam, pure and simple.
caller claimed "someone from your household was on our website looking to further their education..." but when I asked him who he was looking for, what name was listed on the online app, who he was and what was the site, he hung up.
Call from this number from a person calling himself "Richard, from the Census Bureau" B4 I terminated the call due to another incoming. The Census Bureau is now researching the matter..
