It's the drug-addicted "card services" scammers calling. These lowlifes call, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an effort to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these scum, and warn others before they are cheated!
I also just received a recorded call and it says "Hello this is Heather from Card Services, and we will lower your monthly payments " I filed a complaint in this website https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
Yeah, I got a call from them at about noon today. "lower your interest rate", Card Services out of Orlando FL indeed. The guy had an Indian accent and the noise in the room was NOT in English. Already had my card number and wanted other information. I said OK and then called my credit union, got a new card and cancelled my old card. Gave the credit union this number and both of the other numbers they called from, which were Opt Out numbers, and when I got another call from the "supervisor", I gave him a piece of my mind and told him he had already been reported as a scammer. The numbers they were calling from were this one, one from Washington State (253-753-9121) and another from Oregon (458-201-0321).
