7/14/15 - OK then....so sick of getting these calls every day. I did not say anything when I picked up and a woman then said hello... I asked her who, what, and why about these calls. This is the inside PooP.... The are an outgoing call center for Multiplan PPO updating demographics for Multiplan. She said she has no control over how they make their calls (in other words, she is not the one to complain to, only customer service), they do not leave messages because "we hear dead space". They are calling providers in Multiplan to update/verify demographics. I asked her for a number of who I can complain to and she gave customer service but said not sure if it is the right number for complaints (800) 950-7040
Let's complain - this calling has to stop!
This number has called me 4 times already this morning and they hang up every time that I answer. It's getting very annoying. Think I'll just stop answering when the call. It's obviously not important.
I just got off the phone w/ Multi Plan! Looking forward to not receiving these annoying calls anymore! Thanks so much for taking the time to share this post!!!!!
