8/28/15 @6:01 PM (our local: West Norriton Twp, PA) Caller ID: Upper Marlboro, MD, Tel #301-298-5422 (AGAIN, previously called 8/26 @5:57 PM and 8/26/15 @7:40 PM) -- a hang-up AGAIN; how many of these calls do we have to received before something is done; have an unlisted # and both landline and cell are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"!
Call last night around 7:00. Asked for my wife by name, and said he was following up on a customer service complaint about a transaction at a 1st, Niagara bank branch. Told him he was wrong and hung up the phone.
I called the number and a recording says that they tried to contact me regarding a customer satisfaction survey for First Niagara .Bank which by the way is in the process of being purchased by another banking company.The caller ID does not come up as First Niagara. Probably a marketing firm using their name honestly or not ? Could be Phishing scam.

But I'm pretty sure it was another survey about my last visit to a bank, which no longer exists by-the-way
