Received call on 4/30/15 at 1:32PM, EDT, on my landline.  No message left when I didn't answer.  CID=Out of Area.

Don't know why my 5/7 note posted twice, unless I had a premonition that this number would pop up, again.  And, it did, 5/13/15 at 6:42PM, EDT.  No message left and I did not answer.  CID is still "Out of Area".

This call is unsolicited and I don't know this person.  Could be a wrong number, if it were the first time.  Second time?  I don't think so!   Reporting in case someone else received a similar call.
