Just got a call from 301-323-1114. ARS is a service company that sells and services water heaters, etc. Look in the phonebook they are in there. They are way over priced..... so hold on to your wallet/pocketbook when doing business with them.
Got a call from this number today (4/22/10). Caller's name was Carolyn Mingo. Said she was with ARS and wanted to come out and service my air conditioner b/c their company was in my home last October. That is a negative. Got off the phone with her. Cannot find out what ARS stands for.
