Received a call from this number on Sunday afternoon. Caller ID listed "Owings, MD." Left a garbled short message. A creepy sounding man's voice said something like "you think about that today." . . . Huh? Now blocked!
Sent it to voicemail because I don't know anyone in Maryland. A political message was left. Deleted the message and blocked the number. Don't know how they got my number.
