I received a call from this number today and it basically stated the same thing that everyone else here said. I was a bit smarter once I called this number back. At first, the number was busy but I was reluctant to call this b*****d back... The phone rang and a foreign person that went by the name Office James answered the phone stating he was from the IRS. I proceeded to grill the h**l out of him and told him that this was just a scam and fraudulent site and have researched this prior to calling back and have reported this site and the phone number to the real IRS. He then pretended that he didn't hear me but I explained to him again. He then told me that I should not need to call this number back again and it was just a mistake... Can anyone say FRAUD???? yup... He even told me to call back in 15 minutes. I told him no and he needed to handle this right away. Anyone that calls this huber should grill them...

yes i got the same guy, and this dude said he's from the irs headquarters washington dc. and that i have been sued and that i need to pay 4.700$ of penalties dated back from 2008-2010 of federal taxes, suppose i had not put some of income and so forth! he went ahead a read me something like an affidavit of my rights and that i need legal attorney. he also knew the 4 digits of ss# where i worked, and that if don't take care it,i'd be arrested, i would be deported and lose my citizenship, freeze my bank acct# and on,and on, adding i did tax evasion or something, then i asked him to speak to my wife because i don't speak english good,, and he said no, only to my lawyer!, i told him to send me a certified letter with all his findings,he said ok and recited my address to me, i later called with my wife and he literally hang up on me? i had my friend act like an attorney call him and he recited all he said to me to him? what huge balls this dude has with his indian accent! i found out this # 1-301-358-0230 is in maryland and not in washington DC, and IRS never calls you like this in a million yrs. total fraud, unbelievable how some people could do such incredible fraud and sleep at night??? this guy still picks up the phone and acts like an IRS agent as we speak! just called him and gave it to him bigtime again....
I got 2 calls from this number - one was early in the morning & I have one of those phones that speaks the identity of the caller. It said the call was from "Funeral Home". When I woke up enough to register what I was hearing, it had already gone to voicemail. The message was the same as everyone else's - a digital voice that said it was a call from the IRS...call back immediately before action is taken...I called back, it rang once & went blank. I waited & could hear that someone was there. I said "Hello?" & they hung up. I called back again & it went straight to a voicemail that said to leave a message.
threatening calls from IRS in WDC asking me pay 4,700$ immediately or i'd be arrested, deported, freeze my accounts and on,and on.. he knew my SS# 4 last digits, where i work my address, and he called my issue sued by the irs!
