Who called from 3013584622

Same here, received the call on 9/13/14 at 3:34PM, EDT.  No message left, I did not answer.

Claimed to be conducting a survey for nonprofit organization, at which point I hung up.

Received a call from this unknown number yesterday.  My husband answered and the person (male) asked for me by my first name.  My husband asked who was calling and the person answered "Patrick."  Then my husband asked where the person was calling from (e.g., what company) and there was silence and the person hung up.  Reverse look-up of this number said it belonged to "Zaneb Barry."  This evening I received a call from same area code and prefix (301-358-4622), also unknown to me.  I did not answer it, and they did not leave a message.
