I received the same call from a COLE TRICKLE 301-408-0353 EXT 324 , but the sad part is that i paid them a hundred and five dollars. they are saying I took out a payday loan in 2012 for $300 (which I did but paid back) and they are uploading an "affidavit" at noon today because they are pressing charges for check fraud, theft, and something else. They said I will get a copy in the mail in 7-10 days telling me my court date and that they need my attorney's information .
They have called me twice and left messages. They are scammers and I have now blocked the second number they have used. Saying they need my attorney information and they are uploading a affadiated to the state. As far as I know someone can sue you but pretty sure you can't go to jail for debt. Is this the same message everyone else is getting? Not even calling them back and will continue to block numbers they call from.
Yes - bunch of scammers. Received two messages stating they needed my attorney information and that they were serving papers. Ridiculous! Ignore they are scammers. Bunch of "Crack Heads"!
