I received the same call from a COLE TRICKLE 301-408-0353 EXT 324 , but the sad part is that i paid them a hundred and five dollars. they are saying I took out a payday loan in 2012 for $300 (which I did but paid back) and they are uploading an "affidavit" at noon today because they are pressing charges for check fraud, theft, and something else. They said I will get a copy in the mail in 7-10 days telling me my court date and that they need my attorney's information .

They even read my Miranda's lol and said that if I have an attorney they can bail me out when I am taken to jail. They told me my date of birth, address, bank account number, social security number, and had a bunch of other information. The only part that worried me: the guy was not from another country and said they weren't asking for any money, that isn't an option anymore, they just needed to inform me of the charges being filed against me and get my attorney info. WTF?? I cannot find any info about the company they are claiming to be, and the number shows up on my caller ID as "Fraud Unit".

They did the same to me said they were uploading papers to the state I'm blocking thus call it's spooking how they know everything they seem to go out of the way to scam people if I owe money I usually get something in the mail.
I have received two phone calls within the last hour from. I did not answer the phone because, I didn't recognized the phone number. They left two very threatening voice mails about a debt that I owe for a pay day loan. The said that I have 48 hours to contact my attorney or else I would be arrested at my place of employment of at my home for theft. REALLY! I saved both messages and I am not worried because I know it is a scare tactic thinking I will pay for debt that's not even mine. I will file a complaint with the AG's office and FTC. I am not paying them a damn dime. These people are scammers.
