Received a call from a different number but left a message saying to call this number (301) 429-1020. The lady said her name was Chris (female) and that I should get back to her a.s.a.p. I didn't call this number back but instead called the number that appeared on my phone. When I called, I guess her assistant answered and couldn't answer any of my questions and that she would get Chris. I was on hold forever. When the assistant returned to the phone, I asked what company have I reached and what type of business is this because the name and number was unfamiliar to me. She said hold on yet again. I still don't know who this is, but I figure if they really want to speak to me, then they or she will just have to call back. Something seems weird about it though.
I too received a call from this number from Chris who left a message with my name in my work's general mailbox to call ASAP. When I called back the lady who picked up the phone said that this is an unlisted number and would not give me the name of the business and said someone called by mistake. It just sounded wierd. She kept me on hold to get "Chris" but Chris never came to the phone and the lady hung up saying that it was a mistake.
Watch out for this SUSPICIOUS NUMBER: 301-731-8597. There's two people involved in the calling. I suspect the "assistant" is of African / Black decent who just answers the phone 'Hello..who's dis?' She is assisting "Chris" the female suspected to be of Hispanic origin (she has a Hispanic accent) who calls and leave messages for example mine was "Used my First name only, this is Chris, it is IMPORTANT that we talk. Call me ASAP." Now I normally don't do this type of reporting as it is annoying and waste time. But my hope that my time and effort goes to great use to stop these low lives females. I would like to get to the bottom this. They need to be stopped - put in jail and read a few Good English Gramma books while taking speech therapy! Their phone number seems to be listed in Lanham, MD as lanline. Btw. I am not alarmed that "Chris" used my name as it was mentioned in my voicemail. However, when I called the assistant asked for my last name of which I didn't provide. Be very careful!
we received one of these calls; same number to call back - same number called from. problem is she used my name when she said "Kim call me back at *** it's important" and my name is not used in the message. how did she get my name?
I also received a call from this number and others associated with it. This same person has the same voice yet keep changing her name one time she is ALICE, TORI,CHRIS Ms. Baker, Ms. Taylor. For me my name is on my voicemail at work so she calls me everyday all times of day and i don't answer because she is NASTY...this number is linked to Jack Harris INC. 8855 Annapolis Road in Lanham, MD 20706. They want money forward no payment ops. GETTO GIRL calls also not wanting to give any information she will tell you she want your address and what is credit crd number she will tell you a number amount or no info. at all about how did you get my name. They will have you very mad at times until you just don't answer they will give you break then they will start calling again asking for money or about a bill you have yet you the person have no knowledge of.She will call out your name on the phone and tell you you need to call her right back. if and when you do she will ask you for your home address. They sent mail to my job in a small envol. and inside was a small peice of paper look like they cut it out and it said call Ms. Taylor when you do they will put you on hold and same person will come back and ask you what is the ext. number inwhich that is a case number you are really given. The same person will come back to the phone and ask you are you(if you state your name) she will ask you for your address. If you are not the person she will hang up in your FACE. they she will go back to call all day long. She will try to call you with your I.D. reading 202. These people are weird and GETTO...they say it is IMPORTANT she will leave massage like you guys are friends but be aware of calling them back. I'm going to look into the matter further and give them a taste of there own meds by trying to drive people nutts....LEGALS!!!!
