I just a email for the $663.00. I know this is a scam #1 I have never done business with this or any company of its type #2 After carefully reading the email several times I can tell by the flow of the words that is what not written by a American. Pay attention to how this thing was written. I am sending it to my state Attorney General.
I have been getting really nast emails from ACS legal group, threatening to go to my employer for monies I know i have not borrowed. Any one else getting e-mails???????????
I am getting sick of these India people who can't even speak English who trying to say I owe money I do not owe. It's a huge scam. Do not reply and report it to authorities.
Just got an email from them saying I owe advance cash america 996.45. never have I borrowed from or heard of the company, say they are from acs legal group
I have not received any calls, but I did receive and email stating that I owe 663.00 to Advance Cash America, and I am pretty sure I have never borrowed from this company. I have receieved other calls claiming I owe money and the caller states, that they are with the FBI, CBI all out of New Jersey and I live in the Southwest. When I ask them to give me the loan information and the original amount borrowed they cuss me out and tell me I will be arrested and when I respond that I only want to verify the collections is legit they cuss some more and hang up... all the while it is very hard to understand what they are saying like come on speak english and a true FBI, or CBI person would not cuss at you and hang up total fraud.... I called my loan company and they state is fraud and to be very careful that I did the right thing... and I could even go to my local police dept. I have the one call saved along with the number.....
