These people have been calling me for a month. I have no business with Capitol One, nor do I have a mortgage and I keep telling them that. I'm getting ready to report them to the FCC, FTC, and Better Business Bureau in my area and in their area.
Our stupid Bank of America transferred our account to Capital One Bank with our LAST mortgage payment! I cannot begin to tell you how many times Chevy Chase Bank for Capital One has called a day and everyday. We have given them the information they needed, we have questioned them about their calls and this so called pay out that we have no idea what they are talking about. We paid the mortgage and even overpaid and received a check. Yet, they keep calling even though we give them the info they need. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and I told the girl off on the phone even though she is just doing what she was hired to do. I can't take it anymore and have no idea who to call. They must have the conversation with the customer on their computer, yet each time they call, it is as if you never spoke with them. This is harrassment at it's best and I can't take it anymore!!!
Received another call from 301-490-3114 did not leave a message, I want these called stopped. If it is a legitimate call they can leave a proper messate.
