Called, left dial tone for messsage. blocked

Called, rang short (1-2 rings), then hung up, no msg/vm

Phone number phishing, don't call back when this happens.

Hung up after one ring. Blocked this #, but no doubt they will call again -- and again.  Reported to FTC as harassment.

This # called my cell, did not recognize the #, did not answer, rejected call. No msg.. was left.
