I got a call from 301-556-0956. When I answered the phone a woman said "Hey, this is Joanne, did I catch you at a bad time?" I immediately hung up because I don't personally know anyone by that name and the number isn't in my Contacts for a business organization. I've been getting a string of calls from all sorts of area codes and toll free numbers that all turn out to be scams. Since I don’t owe anyone they’re not from debt collectors. I block these calls daily on my cell phone and the list is long. These Robocalls from telemarketers and scammers should be banned.
