called my cell, no message left.

Called to say I won a contest. It was a robo-call. When you call the number back, the recorded message is that it was disconnected.

Leaves no message, calls approx around the same time every two days. Tried to call the number back and received the same disconnected message.

so far have only received one call from this number, but left no message...my cell number is on the national no call list, but that doesn't seem to stop these people
