These people are pond scum trying to get doctors to lower fees only to take a commission out of the savings and they say they try to save patients money. Most health insurance companies contract with negotiators that attempt to have docs lower fees to save patients money but that never works. DO NOT TALK TO THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY INFO!! HIPPA IS BEING VIOLATED BY THE INS COMPANY GIVING YOUR INFO OUT TO THESE PEOPLE!
It's a stinkin survey company
The hospital I was in gave them my number.
They've called me multiple times per day for weeks now.
I actually talked to them one time and told them to put in the comments section of the survey how pissed i was that the hospital had given out my phone number.
So much for HIPAA protecting my privacy. What at joke that whole thing is.
I set it up in my phone to have a different ringtone so I know not to answer it.
