From what I can tell from other sites, they are a grocery survery. Wouldn't they realize that most everyone has caller ID now and if you haven't answered their f-ing # at least 5 times then give the F up!! I finally had to block them. These so called companies need to check the Do Not Call list first because I believe the majority of us on this list DO NOT want to answer surveys either.
Survey's do not fall under the DNC, they are exempt unless its a survey that try's to sell you goods or services at the end of the survey. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.
I don't know who they are or what they want but they are really beginning to annoy me. They have been calling off and on for several weeks now. They called me one night last week at 9:30 at night! They have called twice today already - once this morning around 9 a.m. or so and just now 3:42 p.m., and IT IS SUNDAY!!!
Yes this is a survey asking questions concerning grocery shopping. I answered the call originally thinking it might be an friend from Rockville. Answered the questions but it was about ten minutes long and no money was offered! Innocuous it seemed and I did get to rant about the lack of quality in a store or two while reaping praise on the local small organic produce/meat markets here in west upper Montgomery County. At the end I was asked if I would consider participating in focus groups, etc. That would be fine with me as I know they pay very well. So far no followup calls.
Just received a call from this number at 9:24p.m. Helloooo!!! Are you not aware of FCC rules, or up-to-par with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You cannot, nor should you be calling my home or anyone else after 9:00 p.m.! I don't care what grocery store/shopping survey you have, it won't be done tonight! I had to cut her off and tell her not to call after 9 pm
