got a call from this number didn't answer b/c did not know the number

I got two calls today from this number. I didn't answer figuring if it was important they would leave a message and they didn't. If you google the number it brings up a name in Bethesda MD

Thatz one of Capital One's annonymous numbers! they use various numbers to call around and harass their customers!

Same here I received the call at around 8:32 am. I'm in California.

I just recieved a call from this number.  It is listed as Jane Kohanen in Google.  This number shows Bethesda Maryland.  Looked up this peron on Google and looks as if she might be part of a political financial organization.
