They have called my cell phone 3 times a day every day for the past few weeks. Finally answered, asked for someone I don't know, told them they have the wrong number.
They STILL CONTINUE TO CALL. I called them back and kept getting hung up on. Quite hilarious.
This is a typical billing SCAM... here's an article about them:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/collection-agencies/rpm-receivables-perf/rpm-receivables-performance-b5m9e.htm
These 'people' have been calling my number for many
months, many times a day. I never pick-up on any
numbers that I don't know who the caller is.
The phone company should shut down these telephone
numbers. Stop their ability to robo call also. Refuse to
issue a new telephone number to the person or company whose just had their phone number cut off.
Perhaps, 800 notes could send the phone company,
that handles this number, a copy of all the complaints
that have been filed on this number and request that
the number be disconnected and to block any request
from them for new phone service.
This number has already generated eight pages of
complaints to 800 notes! Eight pages!
Perhaps also, and perhaps more important, a copy
of all these complaints be sent to the FCC, perhaps
to their 'do not call' program and any other section of
the FCC that might take notice. Also the State
Attorney General in the state of Maryland should get
a copy.
