I picked up the phone and the man from the other line is looking for a person named "Yuran Eshol". I said he dialed the wrong number & he said a vulgar phrase that sounds the same as the name. I usually get this call between 5:30pm to 8:30 pm. Very annoying

Block the number if you have the customer calling feature "call block." You can also contact your service provider and report it has an "annoying call."
A unknown caller and number registered on your phone regularly can be traced and stopped by several methods if you use Verizon as a service. Write down the day and times you receive the annoying calls since at some point this may be good documentation for reference. The following are then your options.
