This 302-121-5764 Delaware area code number (which is an invalid spoofed phone number), along with 727- Florida area code and three1 914-/929-/212- New York area codes are used by India scammers who pretend to sell fake medical alert devices, fake Viagra, and fake controlled substances such as Percocet, Vicodin, and Xanax. These same India scammers also pretend to be fake Medicare representatives or Fake IRS officers threatening you for fake "unpaid back taxes". They try to sell you fake Viagra and fake Percocet, Vicodin, and Xanax for as low as 30 or 40 cents per pill. Or they ask for your Social Security Number, personal identity information, and bank account information. Basically, they want to steal your money and credit card number by offering any drug for any price that you desire. But you never receive anything, or by trying to convince you that they work for Medicare or the IRS. And once they get your credit card number, they charge hundreds or thousands of dollars in unauthorized transactions.
For all of these greasy stinky India scammers, I always like to toy with them for as long as possible, pretending to be an interested and involved caller. That is the best way to retaliate. They do not respond to any request to have your number removed from their database and they do not care if you yell at them or threaten legal action because they are poor idiots hiding in call center sweatshops in India. Some of them may even laugh at you if you threaten them. I have toyed with more than 40 of these idiots during the past few years by keeping them on the phone for at least one or two hours while I continued to work at my keyboard, clean house, or cook. And two hours later when they finally realize that I am really not going to buy into their fake drugs, fake credit card services, or fake computer virus or IRS threats, I can hear their voices become more filled with fatigue and frustration. LOL!
If the caller pretends to be a "U.S. Pharmacy" or "Canadian Pharmacy", ask the fake India pharmacy if they carry "JBB". If he asks you to spell the drug's name, spell it as japnibajabutyrate" , which means "go phu*k yourself" in Hindi, with "butyrate" added on to sound like a drug name. Or ask them if they carry "TMDD". If they ask you to spell it, spell it as "terimagandirundimate", which means "your mother is a filthy hoar" in Hindi, with "mate" added on the end to make it sound like a drug. LOL!
You can drag out these phone calls and really wear down their patience and energy by faking the voice of a very old person. These scammers especially like to prey on old people because they think their senility makes them easier targets. So I pretend I am very old and hard of hearing, I purposely talk very slowly, and frequently ask them to repeat what they said and to talk louder because "my hearing aid battery needs replacement". LOL!!!
If your phone or device can block area codes and entire phone number ranges, just block all 302- Delaware calls and you will be at peace.
Blocking each specific scam caller only helps slightly because these India moo-fos quickly rotate to new phone numbers every week. But they often use phone numbers with the same area code. So if you can block entire area codes, that has a much longer-lasting effect to blocking calls from India madarchoods instead of blocking each specific phone number. Obviously you need to adjust this list for your own use if you have valid callers from these area codes, or make a blacklisted area code more specific by adding specific numbers after the area code. But most people can block entire area codes from many regions of the country without missing any valid calls. I previously would get 10 to 20 scam phone calls every day. With these area codes and beginning phone numbers blocked, I now receive only two or three new scams ringing my phone every week, while all other India moo-fos madarchods are quietly blocked:
