Caller ID reads MED Clinic. No good reason why a medical clinic in Delaware would call. Lots of hang up calls or no msgs left. Some get these calls saying it is about student loan refinance, even if they have no such loans. What would that have to do with a medical clinic? Conclusion? Scammers.
