this is a scam it is John Morgan again just using a new number ... they are a scam I called chamber of commerce and even the justice dept of Delware I was told scam... contacted the office where you have to get business  licesences and no such business had applied by that name checked street address and was told it was in the middle of intersection no businesses loctated there... don't let them fool you and con you of your money...
