got a call today from this number. didn't answer. it is probably a sales call from a credit card company. delaware is the capital of credit card companies

Getting calls from 302-283-3731 and when I answer there is no one on the line and it doesn't hang up ... when I call back it says to call back later that the circuit is full or something like that ... ugh
Very aggressive. Calls 3 or 4 times per day. I never pick up. What is interesting is that it never leaves a message but leaves a little click or pop forcing the voicemail alert to go-off. I block my number and call back but you get a recording "the network is busy". Most likely automated, from a Delaware area code. Who buys anything from these VIRUSES ? PARASITES ?
Same as the others - they call and call and call....never leave a message. When I answered, there was nothing, then hang-up. Tried to call back and couldn't connect. Hmn....
