My husband had a call from this number too, said they would be delivering his half a million dollars today, what do they get out of this? They didn't ask for personal info
Have received several calls on my cell phone over the past month and a half, the most recent one this morning, from a man identifying himself as "Lenny" something, from a very impressive-sounding four-name law firm. He sounded like he had a Filipino accent. He asked me if I was expecting this call; of course, I told him that I wasn't. He said I should be aware that I have a large amount of money coming to me. I told him that in fact, I know that I do not have any money coming to me, that this is call is a scam and I know it's a scam. I told him to remove my number and stop calling me, and told him to hang up right now. I then disconnected the call.
