received voice mail, said his name was Richard Lebowitz and he was calling from some law firm, but i couldn't hear very good as it was very garbarled. He stated that they would forward everything to the county prosecuter for garnishment of wages.
I called back and it was the voice mail for a Mr. Lebowitz.
Got a call from a Marcel at N&M law firm saying it was my final call and that they were going to proceed with action which had me curious because I didn't recall anything that I need to take care of so I called back and some guy answered saying he was her supervisor asked for my phone number to look up my case and ask me if my name was and said my name and I said yes he told me the last 4 of my social were and asked if they were correct I said yes than the phone hung up I called back like 10 times and kept getting the voicemail to The law offices of Richard Lebowitz I think it's some kind of scam....
Has anyone else had this happen??
