scam company banking with city bank

Brod-choice insurance co. some how access my bank acct info and withdrew $137.47 on August 12 2008 and another $134.60 on september 10 2008. ihave no idea who this company is and how they accessed my account. all my bank gave me was the name to this co. and where they bank (city bank) i believe in Deleware i live in california the number was 1-302-323-5062 i am in the process of disputing this case. but to others out there beware i hope this can help!

no it is CITIBANK processing ACH center, not a scam

I got a check for $ 2870.00 and it has this phone number and citibank delaware address.  Is this check fake?

Yes, unless you were expecting it, it is more than likely fake. We used to see these all the time @ the bank...
