These jerks called and I answered and said hello twice. Twice is enough. I hung up. Then I picked back up to do *69. The guy was on the phone and said Hello. I hung up on him. They call here all the time. I'm in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
These people ARE ANNOYING. They call and state "they are calling about our telephone account" and "would like to confirm our information to offer us better pricing". They also LIE and state they are calling on behalf of AT&T. When I start asking questions like who do you work for really, are you directly employed with AT&T, or state if we have questions, we'd call AT&T directly - they get very RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE. I actually had a guy last week so "hold on, hold on, hold on a minute" and as he was taking a breath, I HUNG UP ON HIM. I've submitted complaints to the FCC through the donotcall.gov website. We'll see if that works. These people call at least 4-5 times per day on our different incoming lines. Our office is an attorney's office and this is trying up our incoming lines with JUNK TRASH CALLS. They'll call and either don't say anything and then hang up. OR they ARGUE with us and get VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS that they are calling regarding our telephone account with AT&T. THEY ARE NOT employed with AT&T.
BE VERY WARY AND CAREFUL THAT YOU DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CURRENT PHONE COMPANY ACCOUNT!
They've been calling ALLL the time and hanging up at my work. I called back today and "politely" requested to be removed from their call list or I will report them. It's driving us crazy here because we are very busy and have actual customers that call to place orders
This number calls me just about everyday and hangs up. I believe it's from a telemarketer posing as AT&T representatives. I've told them I'm not interested previously, and now I think they keep calling just to try and get my partner on the line. It's so harrassing
