Called and asked for the person who handles the AT&T account. We get 3-5 calls a week asking the same question(do not call list is a joke)...I hung up. Called another one of our business lines...said yep same guy and told me that my AT&T phone service would be shut down in 13 minutes. I said why and he said you hung up on me, now its my turn and hung up. Of course my service was never interrupted. I called the number and they did not have the balls to pick up.
These are resellers of AT&T Phone services.
When you get too specific with them they stumble.
When you call them back, they never answer.
WOW-if you had a problem with your phone service what would you do since No One EVER answers the phone.
They said, Burris or Birch communications or something like that.
First - tell them you are on the Do-Not-Call list and ask them why they have decided to violate that request and how can you trust a company that would do that.
The best way to get them off the phone is to ask them their name, company name, address, relationship to AT&T and a phone number to call them right back at. Ask why no one ever ansers the main number. Have fun.

I get calls from this number daily referencing "can I speak with the person who handles your AT&T phone service regarding overage charges on the account". When I start to ask any questions they hang up. This is harrassment and I they won't stop calling. When I block this number, they just call from another line.
When I called the number back after being hung up on, it said I had reached Bird Communications and to leave a msg. They call our office daily, I have blocked the number and they just call from another line. So frustrating.
