Same call as everyone else. They have been calling for two years now. Different number this year and always during Christmas time. Got info from their location in 2013, was give address from California. When I looked it up it was a shopping strip mall with no offices there. Already reported to BBB. Guess I need to do what some said about reporting elsewhere.
Yup just got this call as well, except they called my cell and named my wife as the violator. The recorded message did not identify the company/agency and randomly said "in your county" as if this was real they couldn't mention the county that I live in. When I called the number back, the guy that answered responded by saying "case number?" Then when I asked who the hell they were, he put me on hold, then hung up. I called back and when I repeated my request for him to I.D. himself, he put me on hold again. Then I just got sick of waiting and hung up.
I got the same call from these people, and I listened through the whole thing twice, and still couldn't understand what kind of garbage they were trying to pull. It just ended up making me angry, then I ended up here, without you guys I would've been FREAKED OUT. Thank you!
we just got a call from this number, it said I was going to be summoned for having fraudulent ...something... on my account, and to call the number to prevent this from happening. I think it also said they had my social security number? not sure..I hope the police in Delaware can trace this thing.
