Same call as everyone else. They have been calling for two years now. Different number this year and always during Christmas time. Got info from their location in 2013, was give address from California. When I looked it up it was a shopping strip mall with no offices there. Already reported to BBB. Guess I need to do what some said about reporting elsewhere.
I just received a similar very threatening call. There was a pause and my name was dropped in the script automatically by some prerecorded device. They claimed there were calling from the process & summons division to advise me of two charges filed against me in my county. Looks like fraudulant activity have been attached to my name and my social security number. they said once I am served my rights will be forfeited. There telephone number is 302-336-8445. This was a woman caller who never left her name or information. She left a case # DCX ##### but never diclosed the actual county. The claim number was also dropped into the conversation by an automated device. She read the script very officially but I noticed my name, the claim number and the phone number were all edited into the call separately. No dates were provided either or individuals to call. I will advise the Sheriff's Dept too, or similar agencies. Thank you all for your input.
This is classic scamming. They say "your county" not the actual name of your county, "Your social security number" not the actual number, "your workplace" not the actual name or location of the workplace.
THe message is always the same - two charges will be filed against you, and you lose rights once they are filed.

just got a call that was left of my work voicee mail and tried to call them but got a recording that their voice mail box was full. they need to have their eyes taking out.
I received a call from them as well. I agree arrest them I call my local police department and was advised this is scam and not answer calls from them keep track of numbers and times. and to file a report if it persists. This is ridiculous and I do have to agree they need to be arrested. What lowlifes
I got this call last night. I knew it was bs as soon as they said my name, which was a name I haven't used in 20 yrs. The only place the name they used is on my birth cert. That name isn't on my credit reports, any accounts, my ssn, no where. So wherever they are getting there info from is wrong. Also, it's hard to serve me at work when I have been unemployed for a year. It's a complete scam!!! I hung up on them. If they can't even use the correct legal name then I am not concerned.
