they called from 289-201-2420. same thing no message. my number is a cell ph. how did they get it??

(302) 394-9515 called me this morning and I didn't answer cause I knew it was a telemarketing company trying to contact me again. But I called back and found out that the company's name (probably one of many names) is WCA Subscribing Services and I was subscribed on April 29, 2011!! I didn't personally subscribe to this company. I unsubscribed myself through the automated system, but it kept offering me vouchers before it got the to unsubscribing part. These telemarketing companies are so annoying!
Well i live all the way up in B.C Canada and it's strange getting a call all the way from Wilington Deleware. I'm thinking who the heck would be calling me from there? I didn't pick up and when i waited they left no message. Strange? Seems like a scam to me if they are getting bored with the U.S and calling Canada.
Live in Canada. Received call from 302-394-9587 claiming I won a prize trip due to a family member registering my name in contest at walmart, zellers, etc.. asked to press 1 to claim and 3 to decline. Clearly a scam.
