who call me from 302-394-6751

it's a delaware area code. I'm in Ontario.

Just silence on the other end.

I answered this call today.  It said that Wal Mart, Zellers, Sears, etc... were having a promotion and recently a friend or family member entered my name in and I won a $2100 all inclusive vacation and to press 1 to accept, or 3 to decline.

i don't know what s/he wants since there is total silence when i picked up the call

I did, as well.  My calls are forwarded to Google Voice.  I just marked it as spam.  Never have to deal with again.  I love Google Voice.

I get calls from telemarketers approximately once a week on my Tracfone. The area code and prefix vary, but the incoming number always follows this form: XXX-XXX-66XX or XXX-XXX-67XX. So if I see a 66 or 67 from an unfamiliar area code, I know it is a telemarketer/scammer of some sort. They never leave a message on my voicemail.
