Getting the same calls as others on this thread. Started about a week ago. Calling the number back from the cell phone that received the call gets a busy signal. Calling from another phone gets a message that it is the Benjamin Franklin Research Group. Unable to find information or contact for the calling company. Targeted number is on the National Do Not Call Registry since it is a Child Abuse Hotline so filed a complaint at http://www.donotcall.gov/ and suggest you do the same if your on it.
