I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. It was a recorded message from "WCA", stating that as a subscriber I was eleigiblke for a $25 gift card from Wal-Mart. I hung up before anything else was said. I don't know what WCA is, but I am certainly NOT a subscriber. And my cell phone is a business phone and never used to subscribe to anything.
