received a call from them. I have direct tv already and don't see no reason for them to call me. bills are always paid on time. and them cant pronounce my name right, told them they have the wrong number since they can't even say my name right.
Got a call from this number at 7:55 pm. I let it go to voicemail and they actually left one.....it said ”hello?” then he hung up. Ive declined direct tvs up sales politely many times even though my Att/direct tv bundle price is wrong EVERY month. You would think these two companies would get tired of hearing me curse them out!
Keep receiving calls from this number. When I answer answer, it disconnects. Happens constantly. Want it to stop. Called Directv to tell them to STOP. Tried calling this number but was put on hold. This is just annoying. I'm on a "do not call list" but apparently this means nothing to them.
I made the mistake of requesting a replacement part from direct tv and now I get calls from them constantly! The do not call list does not apparently apply when you have a business relation with company. I hate all the calls!
However, you can require them to place you on a do not call list for anything other than billing and administration. If they continue marketing calls after you direct them to stop, you may be able to recover damages against them.
