I don't know who calls from the phone number above. When I try to call the number back I get a recorded message saying the number I have dialed is not in service and to check the number and try again.
I returned a call to this number and it was WCA Subscriber Services and has an opt-out feature to remove your information. This is a solicitor so it's a No-Call violation and should be reported to your state's AGO.
I am on the do not call registry, but have been getting unwanted calls from telemarketers. I received a call from 302-394-9650 just now.(9-21-11) This makes about four telemarketing calls in the last week. I guess the do not call list no longer matters.
They called me here in California too, on my cell 37 minutes ago. I opted to be removed from their calling list. Doubt that will help. Will file a complaint as well as my number is on the do not call registry too.
