3rd call today from an unknown # - didn't pick up - left no message

Called my cell at 1:36 PM. I declined the call. Ten minutes later got a call from "unknown" with blocked number. Likely same scammer.

car warranty, have told them to quit calling but they still do

Called my personal cell phone and then hung up without saying anything.
