More BS from a pre recorded message from Heather about car warranties. I love having the block option on my Panasonic phone. I use this option almost daily now.
DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM. THEY GET A RECORDING OF YOUR VOICE SAYING "YES" TO USE TO MAKE FAKE RECORDINGS OF TRANSACTIONS. This is the second number that has called that's known for "car warranty" pitches in the last two days. I am sick of this nonsense.
Saying 'yes' won't mean a thing, even if they did record it. Somethings probably not right if someone does insist on a 'yes' answer and you should always pay close attention to what is said, never giving out any kind of personal information.
My personal belief is scammers may have started the rumor of the "yes" myth and use that to get the focus on not saying yes, but trick you into giving other information your not paying attention to because your focused on not saying yes to anything. IMHO
Scammers are always cooking up new ways to scam you and look to gain info from you any way they can. Never give out info to anyone your not sure of and you don't have to talk, you can just hang up too.
