Who called from 3024148613

Just received a call from this number and it's 8:15 pm on Sunday night! NOT COOL

I've answered and tried to get response, nothing, tonight got call from 3025264027 caller "I" wonder if anyone else has? Really is annoying

Did not answer ... Caller ID showed the letter " i "

CID showed "I".  Bizarre.  Asked for me by first name.  Asked who was calling.  Paused, probably expected me to verify.  Went into the scripted spiel of calling for the DE FOP, tried to interrupt but he went on so hung up.
Do not feel like playing.

I did no answer the phone. Caller asked for me by my first name. Caller ID was just the number from NewCastle DE????
