yes, i got call from Deleware, Florida, I forgot the other state.  The problem is was sent what we had paid so far over 3000$, and asked a real person to call. That hasn't happened yet.  Where is the real representative?

April with Sallie Mae Department of Education Loan Services called with this number showing up in Caller ID.  She left a message indicating that I call 866/657-5945 in reply.
