Caller wanted to speak to the owner or principle about a GSA government contract. When asked she identified herself as Alex and the company was Contract Award Services which is just a company that helps you work with the government if you pay them.

Said she was a consulting firm locating businesses that were interested in a 5 year GSA contract with the government, to discuss contract terms call her back at this number...
Sounds exactly like what the people above stated. Nope, not calling her back and wasting my time. Blocking this number.
