This gentlemen claims his name is "Shane Anderson" and he is from a litigation firm looking to serve me papers. I requested the name of his company as well as location and what the papers were for. He wouldn't tell me any of those but somehow obtained family member's phone numbers. He is harrassing me and my family to the point where I am taking it to the police.

Same thing happening to me as Joe A. Called me at work about an hour ago, and just now called my cell phone from this number. I answered it because I thought it was a local call. He would not give me any details and said his work "doesn't accept inbound calls." Said he's only hired to "deliver papers" and there are charges against me. When he called me he used the name Ryan Anderson. Asked me to call the "firm" about my "charges" (sorry dude - I've been around the block enough times to know that the sheriff/police aren't going to give somebody a heads-up call if they're going to come to make an arrest or serve a subpoena). I told him not to call me at my place of employment again. Gives me a firm number to call of 855-404-9050. I told him that if this is an attempt to collect a debt, the only telephone number I'll be calling is the attorney general's office because these practices are illegal.
Have received call many times, not asking for me, but asking for someone who might be a family member. I have taken information for a number 855-278-1331 to call with a case number. When using reverse trace, this number does not have a match. Every time this call has come in, I have told the caller the person requested doesn't live at this number and that I don't know who he is looking for...calls keep coming.
