Omg I ran across an ad on trulia for a nice house. The low rent kind of made me suspect, maybe it is haunted. The ad says to call or text this (302) 468-6317. Something told me to google it. I don't know why but I'm glad I listened to my intuition. Also, I texted the number and received a response back from another number (832) 350-8836. I never texted them again. After seeing this convinced these are rental scammers.

Rental scam!! IT IS VERY OBVIOUS THAT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT IMMEDIATELY!!! Im looking for a house to rent ...i text this number....they text me back but only seemed to be concerned with how fast & how much we could come up with $1000. deposit money.i ask the normal, expected kind of questions, about the qualifications/requirements for approval, rental agreement or lease to expect, deposit ...blah blah blah...but they never respond directly to my inquiries instead they talk about how they are currently with family is in west palm beach due to son being in accident & the doc said" son needs to be closest to loved ones for the next 4 years to get well"! When I responded to $1000. deposit request w/ "pending approval & veiwing of property & provisions of lease, Yes I could pay full deposit" they "can send keys and document of house via fed-ex next day" For 3rd time I requested Address/directions to view house & i am still waiting for their response hours later! SO I GUESS I SCARED THEM OFF BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO TELL ME TO SEND MONEY !!
